Program Description

The Annual UFA Stock Pitch Night is a great way to practice public speaking and analytical skills. Members will apply their knowledge by conducting a valuation of an assigned company, researching recent news and industry trends that may impact the valuation, and presenting an investment recommendation.

Students will work in groups to deliver a six-minute presentation using three slides: Business Summary, Investment Thesis, and Valuation. Each presentation will be followed by a two-minute Q&A session. The executive board will evaluate presentations using a rubric, and the top teams will be awarded gift cards. The prize value will depend on the level of interest indicated in this form and will be announced during our second meeting of the semester.
