1. Alumni Relations Committee
The Alumni Relations Committee (ARC) is dedicated to the cultivation of future leaders within our association. Collaborating closely with seasoned members of the executive board, ARC works to organize large-scale events tailored to enrich the experiences of our club members. Moreover, ARC is committed to fostering enduring relationships with esteemed Ohio State alumni, leveraging these connections for the mutual advancement and benefit of our club.
Selection occurs through a competitive interview process conducted during the autumn semester.

2. FINRA SIE PREP Program
The FINRA SIE Prep program is an intensive 7-week study program to prepare our members to take and pass the FINRA SIE Exam. The program is recommended for underclassmen interested in finance who are looking to build technical knowledge. The program offers numerous benefits, including increased marketability during the job search process.
Topics covered in the exam include capital markets, product risks, trading activities, and an overview of the regulatory framework.
Selection occurs through an application process during the middle of each semester. Candidates sit for the examination the week following the commencement of the semester.

Furthermore, participants will receive 700 flashcards meticulously developed by UFA's executive team. These flashcards focus on essential definitions and learning objectives from Kaplan's manual, serving as a helpful tool for review and reinforcement of key concepts.
Moreover, participants will have access to supplementary resources including office hour sessions, video materials curated by UFA's executive team, and an exam quicksheet. These resources are thoughtfully designed to provide additional support and enhance the overall learning experience, ensuring participants are thoroughly prepared for success in the exam.

The program recommends dedicating 50-80 hours to study, taking into account prior knowledge. To facilitate effective learning, study sessions are structured to never exceed 90 minutes in duration. Depending on the length of assigned readings, participants may find themselves completing their study sessions in under an hour.
Candidates study five days per week according to the recommended program. Closer to the exam date, additional study sessions may be beneficial, allowing candidates to enhance their preparation as needed.

The FINRA SIE exam serves as a crucial stepping stone for various career paths within the financial industry. Acting as a prerequisite for the FINRA "Top-Off" exams, the SIE certification opens doors to opportunities in fields such as financial planning, private wealth management, stock brokerage, financial advising, proprietary trading, and investment banking.
Professionals seeking to specialize in these areas often pursue additional certifications such as Series 6 for financial planning, Series 7 for private wealth management and stock brokerage, Series 57 for proprietary trading, and Series 79 for investment banking. By obtaining the SIE certification, individuals lay the groundwork for advancing their careers and excelling in these specialized roles.
3. Wall Street Analyst Program
The Wall Street Analyst Program is a six-week, two semester immersive program designed to give all levels of students, within UFA, the opportunity to learn more about highly competitive careers in finance and the skills needed in order to succeed in recruiting. Taught by students who have gone through the recruiting process themselves.
